Your kernel tree does not correspond to patch you are using,
there is no combined patchset for 2.6.13 (only acrypto_ipsec
acrypto-ipcsec-combined-2.6.13-rc6.diff).
combined patchsets are released for vanilla 2.6.15+ kernels and I do not know
how does SuSE patch it's kernels, so some hunks can be rejected.
I would recommend to use newer kernels.
