[linux-delhi] Redhat Linux to Pager and Mobile ?

Hi,

Can Redhat Linux be configured to dial-out to Mobile and Paging services
for passing messages/mails to a Mobile Telephones and Pagers ??  If yes
how one could do it and what protocols he should have on his system ??
