I don't see why this could be a reverse dns issue. He is not using the name of
the domains in the Server option of httpd.cong. Abhijit: Maybe you can
elaborate.

Can you tell us what your /var/log/httpd/error_log or where ever your logs are
say? Cut-paste a sample Vhost config here.
