Dear Vineet,

Exchange 5.5 supports the Internet protocols used my all Linux based
clients. If you use Netscape Communicator for e-mail, you need to configure
a POP3 server, an SMTP Server and an LDAP Server. Those 3 settings ensure
that you can recieve, send mail and lookup addresses. Alternately, you can
configure and use the IMAP protocol with Exchange (if you store all mails on
the server).

For all of these, the server name (or IP address) needs to be set in
the mail client. A valid login account also needs to be specified. Once you
set these, your e-mail will work. Try settign them on your own / with the
help of your network admin. In case you need help setting one or more of
these write back.
