Warning: I am not a RedHat user. Now read on.

Isn't the module name ne.o , not ne2000.o?

Secondly, Sanvir, what is the problem? Module not being loaded at boot time
(check by doing a lsmod), or IP not being run over the interface (check by
ifconfig).

The first is solved by the line Sundeep gave , in /etc/modules

The second is very distribution specific, check, in RH6.2, a file
/etc/sysconfig/network{s}. Please trace the path to initialise your
network, in /etc/rc.d/init.d/network, and find the config file it uses. You
should see entries for
IP
GATEWAY
NETMASK

etc. Add a similar set for eth1.
