I've recently subscribed to this mailing list I'm happy to join. I've been
using Linux at work for two years mainly in sys admin side. How can I know
all the memebers of the Delhi chapter of Linux-India?

I too think that Linux-Delhi should participate in this forum in one way or
the other.
The ICANN and other regulating bodies need adequate representation not only
by country but also by organisations. I think the open source community
should find space in these bodies be it at the national, regional and
global levels. There's also a need for representations from non-commercial
domain name holders constituency. It's worth exploring what we can do here.
