well that is what well hav 2 do...
actually we have 2 alternatives... either keep this mailing list
informal and open 2 everyone!!!
and make a new one only open 2 its members... u no... a list that will
only carry official stuff...
that way we can remain this OPEN.

or we cud make this list official 2... in which case we wud hav 2 remove
the non members... as they 2 will b counted in the member list and then
as raj stated... it wud create a problem while passing resolutions at
any of the meetings!!!
