Hi Sundeep,
After years of wandering, I have settled on Pine for no-nonsense
mail. The problem that you are facing was the first of the problems that I
faced.
Pine in it's configuration allows you to change your reply-to address(or
was it the From: address??). But hang-on, this is a "hidden-feature". To
enable this try this.
1. Add the line
user-domain=<your-domain>
e.g. I have
user-domain=bigfoot.com
Hope that your login name was the name you want to send mails from the
domain you just wrote.
If not,
2. In your .pinerc file add this line to your feature-list variable
allow-changing-from,
3. add the appropriate header in the custom-headers section of your pine
setup-config.(You probably won't be allowed to do this, if you haven't
done step 2)
e.g. I have the following in my custom headers
From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
4. If you want to see the from header before sending the mail, add the
From: header in the default-composer-headers variable.
I hope this helps you pine for Pine. ;-)
