oops, i entirely missed that part...I thought that both of them were on the same machine....Thanks for correcting me..Now could I help u anyway in ur brainstorming process... how can we do it using nfs????come out with ur idea... I don't know how we can do it....
Also somebody please help me out with my problem...I am having problems configuring my netscape..it shows error message $SOCKS something not configured, contact system administrator. I tried giving IP addresses wherever possible but it is not working out....Help....

Hey wait a minute I think Glenn has the NT and Linux on two seperate
machines. Your solution works only when the two fs are on the same machine.
Besides even my state of the art 2.2.14 kernel ;-) supports ntfs. My idea is
that a possible solution could be found using nfs. Ofcourse I am just
brainstorming so don't ask me how to do it.
