One simple way that we use in some of our offices to get 128 Kbps from ISDN
Dialup:

        1. Apply to VSNL for a 128 Kbps connection.
        2. In the Modem, give appropriate command to bundle the two channels
into one.
        3. Use just like a single modem.

Of course you could point out that a single serial port may not go
above 115 Kbps - but we live with that. The actual speeds on that line are
never ~ 128 Kbps anyway.

The pricing for a 128 Kbps port at VSNL is 2X the price for 64Kbps.
