Dell - Internal Use - Confidential

Henrique,

Can you provide a description of your symptoms? Also, a service tag would help
to point you in the right direction.

Beyond that, do the issues go away if you download an older bios .exe and
manually flash it from USB via the F12 menu?

Hi!

I have a Dell XPS 15 9560 and happily update firmware using gnome-software.
Unfortunately, I have a few problems since the last firmware update, 0.1.3.4.
Apparently I cannot downgrade the firmware (
https://github.com/hughsie/fwupd/issues/192) though I was told to report that
to Dell Support. My attempts at doing that involved running some Windows
software (Dell Detect).

Do you know how to report firmware issues to Dell?

Cheers,
Henrique.
