I don't use RH Linux, but from what I've read on this list, you'll want
to get the diald package that's build especially for RH at
contrib.redhat.com. It has some tweaks that make it work on RH.
The package should unpack exactly where you need it from what I
remember of those things. But if not, there should be a readme
with the file. I think my diald is in /sbin.
I assume you've checked out the HOW-TO for IP Masquerade?

There have been posts to this list that include a step-by-step
procedure to get diald to work on RH. Perhaps one of the RH's
can repost.
