I seem to be having a problem with apps like Netscape hanging up
(getting stuck, locking up, etc.) while waiting for the ppp link to be
established. I'm guessing that these apps are not reattempting the
communication to the server (this is most noticable when I attempt to
send email from Netscape Communicator 4.5). Is there any way around
this? I've tried upping some of the timeouts in standard.filter, but it
didn't seem to help.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
