Greetings

A cunning stunt that I am, although I'm running 2.0.35 kernel,
I'd been playing with the new 2.2.1 kernel and had left the symlinks
to /usr/src/linux in the wrong tree. This meant that when I compiled
the new diald, it thought my kernel had AF_PACKET sockets in it
but the 2.0.x ones don't:-((

Recompiled having fixed it and diald is now working OK - the next
problem is getting ppp-2.3.5 to compile under 2.0.36.

Ho hum said Pooh...

Sorry, I have not tried the latest diald beta, so that I cannot help with
that particular
error.

Ciao.
