First of all I'm using diald-0.16-3 the only binary I could find for the alpha and RH5.2 kernel 2.0.36 my /etc/diald.conf file: mode ppp connect "/usr/sbin/chat -f /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/chat-ppp0" device /dev/ttyS0 speed 38400 modem lock crtscts local 192.168.1.200 remote 192.168.1.1 dynamic defaultroute include /usr/lib/diald/standard.filter and the problem raises when I frist try to make a internet connection from a machine on my lan.
