Following is from my logging of a successful diald connection:

Note that after the :send (rlpcon^M), the password prompt (expect
(assword:)) is expected, but the host appeasrs to be sending (i.e.
echoing)"rlpcon^M" before prompting for the password. It is exactly at this
point that the failed connection fail.
Is there a host protocol problem here?
