If you are not using masq, then you need to have multiple static IP addresses
assign to you by your ISP. This is usually very expensive.
If you turn on masq, you will find it only works if you have
CONFIG_IP_MASQUERADE_ICMP
configured into your kernel. (Since ping uses the ICMP protocol.)
