Alright,

I saw a number of answers to this question, and now I would like to
verify what should actually be done, or if all three need to be accomplished.

Rich Goldman had a full set of filter rules written out, but they
weren't working for him.
Jim Haliburton thought his filters should have been in the
standard.filter file, instead of the diald.conf.
Kirk Lawson suggested some lines to be added to the firewall rules
(where are those?)

So, do Rich's filters belong in the standard.filter file?
Or do we use Kirk's suggestion and firewall the netb stuff out?
