Hmm... first of all 4 MB would be rather too little... U need at least
8 MB but rather more... I made a boot floppy imaga with mgetty, diald and
pppd on it exactly fer that purpose (connecting small office via diald to 
internet). I only tested it with standard analogue modem (never had
chance to try ISDN). If U are really interested I can make a copy fer U
but I have to warn U that I made this one floppy diald router only fer one
office and was tested only there and it is configured specifically for
that office.

There is a project going on called LRP (Linux Router Project). U can find
it on http://www.psychosis.com/linux-router/ It is highly portable and
configurable. I just found about it too late :(
