Now, I've compiled a custom kernel (2.0.36) and included everything I
could find that seemed to have anything to do with IP Masquerading (IP
Masquerading, ICMP masquerading, but not ipautofw).  Did I miss
something somehwere?  Wouldn't this (ip_masq_ftp) have been compiled in
with it?
