I've had the same problem with Netscape, but I find that if I simply
click "Cancle" or "Stop" and then click on the link to download again,
it downloads the entire file and saves it. And it appears to do it
from the cache or something, because it happens very quickly, i.e., you
don't need to wait for it to go through the whole download again.
