Your diald can't find diald.conf because it's looking for it in /etc/ and
you have it in /etc/diald/
You can either move it to /etc/ or tell diald where to find it by using
diald -f /etc/diald/diald.conf -m ppp
> diald -f diald.conf -m ppp ;by the way is this the correct command
