One way is to add the -o option to ipfwadm, eg.:
ipfwadm -F -a m -S 192.168.1.0/24 -D 0.0.0.0/0 -o
This will log every packet to the syslog file /var/log/messages (in RH5.1).
It would be nice, though, to have a script that read this log file and gave
daily/weekly/monthly reports on users' Internet access. Does anyone know of
an existing script ?
TIA
