I have diald 0.99 on a standard RH6 setup. However what I am trying to do is
not. I am trying to set up the Linux box as a dial-on demand internet
server to a bunch of computers. It is set up and while I can receive data fine,
i can't send more than 16kb. Any transfers of larger than this stop at exactly
16kb.
This happens from the Windoze machine that uses the Linux box as a router
and from the linux box itself. I am not using masquerading, instead I
use the package slirp to connect this way:
Linux box -#MODEM#--> Annex prompt -#RLOGIN#--> sun workstation -#SLIRP#--> internet
The ISP end seems fine since when I use my Win95 box to connect directly,
I have no such problems sending data.
Thanks a lot for any help you can give.
