I have a USR Courier v.Everything that was upgraded to 56k and then to v.90.
I consistently get v.90 connections of 33.3 and 33.6 k, but have never seen
anything above 38k. Does someone have a nicely tuned init and configuration
for this modem and diald that they would share? I realise this may be a
problem with line quality rather than modem parameters, but I would like to
try optimizing the modem too.
