Solved my problems with the timeout of the first SMTP-packet with qmail:

1) renamed /var/qmail/bin/qmail-remote to qmail-remote.ori
2) created shellscript /var/qmail/bin/qmail-remote:
        #!/bin/sh
        #
        #

        # Connect to Internet
        ping -c5 mail.profinet.at </dev/null >/dev/null 2>&1

        # Call qmail-remote
        /var/qmail/bin/qmail-remote.ori $*

Everytime mail should be sent qmail-remote is called. Since it is
replaced with my shellscript it first does a ping outside and so
establishes connection to the internet. Afterwards ist calls the
original qmail-remote and does mail transfer.
Unfortunately it seems to be the only way to solve the problem ...
