Port 61000 is in the region normally used for masqueraded
connections. You can unmasquerade by hand by reading
/proc/net/ip_masquerade. Port 53 is DNS. I would recommend
you *always* run a DNS server on the local side of a dial
up connection and not forward or masquerade DNS traffic.
That way you have a much easier task of keeping other
machines in check.
