Hello,

 Did someone successed in using diald with syncppp (i.e., using "isdnctrl dial
ippp0" for the connect script and "isdnctrl hangup ippp0" for the disconnect
script plus somme addroute and delroute scripts).

 My problem is how can diald get back the dynamic IP (only ipppd nows them) to
give them to the addroute scripts ?

begin of diald.conf:
====================
mode dev
device /dev/device
dynamic
defaultroute
local 192.168.0.1
remote 192.168.0.2

fifo  /etc/diald/diald.ctl
accounting-log /var/log/diald.log
connect "/sbin/isdnctrl dial ippp0;/bin/true"
disconnect "/sbin/isdnctrl hangup ippp0;/bin/true"
addroute /etc/diald/addroute
delroute /etc/diald/delroute
ip-up /etc/diald/ipup
ip-down /etc/diald/ipdown

======================

 when doing dialdctl up, diald telle me he can't connect to 192.168.0.2...

 Any ideas ?

 (It previously worked very well for me with async ppp, but my ISP disable the
X75i protocol, so, I must use HDLC with sync PPP).

 I'm equally interested on information sabout using V120 protocol on ISDN with
linux ...

thanks
 -mat
