OK, I think an attachment would be a bit annoying for others user so
come and get the files on my ftp server....
The config stuff:

The original diald pakage with e modified standard.filter (taylored on
italian phone rates):
ftp://ftp.logx-srl.com/pub/diald-0.99-1.i386.rpm
The isdn pakage we are using now:
ftp://ftp.logx-srl.com/pub/isdn4k-utils-9904041100-1.i386.rpm
This pakages are taylor made for a RedHat 6.0 system.
