I foudn the problem as to why sometimes I can access the outside network
and sometimes I can't. The times when I can't get out of this machien
(or onto it for that matter fomr the internet here is the messages that I
got:

on.

Oct 10 17:16:09 ics diald[644]: Delaying 1 seconds before clear to dial.
Oct 10 17:16:12 ics diald[644]: Error opening device /dev/ttyS1: Device or
resource busy.
How do I fix this? (This seems to happen most when I do an ifup ppp0)
ie.. (I bring the connection up instead of letting diald bring it up).
