Have you recently added/changed a MS Windows box? Sometimes Windows WINS
trafic can look like 'net request to diald.
If this is the case, you can easily filter it out through diald rules or
by filtering it before it even gets to diald with ipfwadm/ipchains rules.

I *think* this is what happens every 10 - 11 minutes.. any idea what it
