Jacob:

some serial ports (add-in cards, if not built-in ones) can be
jumpered to multiply their internal clock so that instead of a 115200
limit it is twice or even four times that.

The add-in cards from byterunner.com seem to allow this (at least
according to the docs for the one I have), though I've personally not
used one in that mode.
