That's right, bear in mind, I share a flat with 8 people 6 with computers,
all on a network. To try to cut down on phone useage we use diald, however,
it's most useful if we all connect at the same time, ie we can do mudane non
time critical stuff at the same time, e.g. checking mail.

Unless anybody sugests another good windows alternative I'll post the code
to a website sometime next week (with a gnu licence proabably). Can't do it
sooner as the code needs tiding up and I'm in the middle of uni exams...

I'm not too sure about how to bring up ICQ as I don't know how the dialup
networking works, but there is not problem starting it, though sutting it
down is a little harder.
