Hello, I am very new to Linux and diald. I did manage to install Linux,
ipmasqurading and diald in only 3 months with little help, other than
lurking in this list.
The problem I am having is the link isn't staying up very long. It
looks like it's timing out and dropping connection after about 5 minutes
of idle time. I have looked in the diald.conf file and bumped up all the
settings (that I understand) to 60 minutes but the link to my ISP is
still dropping. I know it isn't timing out on the ISP end because I can
dial it up manually and it will stay up for 30 minutes of idle time.
Is there any where else I can look for time-out settings?
