Howdy

This is my first attempt to get the win98 box on my home lan to access
the internet through my linux 6.1 router running diald, ipchains and
masqurading. Please tell me if I am even in the ball park as nothing
seems right...
I tried connecting to the internet thru my linux router last night. I
had already brought up the link on the router and started playing around
with the win98 box trying to get a internet site up in internet
explorer. I was using the Connection Wizard to make the connection
across the home lan. But after answering several questions about the ISP
account and saying yes to the test connection question. NO connect, the
little bar moves forward and a number of packets show up on the router,
which had tcpdump running.
I am afraid the Connection Gizzard is trying to establish the ISP
connection when its alread up and running under diald.
