As far as I know the Windows Connection Wizard is for making connections
with a directly connected modem. You do not have a directly connected
modem. I would suggest you first setup diald so that it works on the Linux
box (so that it dials the connection correctly, and you can send packets
out), then work on getting the Windows box routing through your Linux one.
A good resource for figuring this out is the IP-Masquerade HOWTO; it
describes, in detail, how to configure your Linux box for masquerading, and
how to configure other operating systems to use your Linux box for
masquerading. The HOWTO should have come with your installation of Linux
(possibly in /usr/doc/HOWTO), if not you can find it at www.linuxdoc.org.
You also need to be aware of some of the problems with masquerading and
diald, so once you've got everything working correctly, read the README.masq
file that comes with diald (or should have, RedHat may have neglected it
when packaging it up, in which case you'll need to download the source).
