diald and a script

Quick question... can dial execute a program AFTER the PPPD and modem is
released. The scenario I would like to use it for on a Rockwell Modem and
the AT&V1 command.
I have written a program the gets all the information from the modem, I am
just looking for an automated process to call it after every time the link
is dropped.
