You can, with two CAMS and the official cards. I am not denying it.
Read the subject again. We talk about "softcam" which allows to view
without subscription.

You can do the same with VCR. But as I don't sell any copies there is no
problem.

I personally see the DVD support critical. It has been introduced by
patches from others and I am pretty sure that this will happen with the
softcam, too. I can nothing do about it it beside expressing my opinion
here. And I am not alone. I just hope that Klaus will not integrate this
permanently into VDR to avoid any danger of VDR and the DVB project
becoming a target for legal actions.

Its my personal opinion. If you don't want to hear it, then I can
nothing do about it. If this discussion caused doubts about their
activities in some people than it wasn't fruitless.
