Changed the firmware to 215a as told by Alex Woods and followed your
instructions.

Nada here, but a different result leading to another question:

The line for "WDR" in channels.conf is :

"WDR:177500000:INVERSION_OFF:BANDWIDTH_7_MHZ:FEC_3_4:FEC_1_2:QAM_16:TRANSMISSION_MODE_8K:
 GUARD_INTERVAL_1_8:HIERARCHY_NONE:241:242:15"

If i tune

"./tzap -r WDR"

and specify

"cat /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 | ts2ps 241 242 | mplayer -"

it returns:

"... Playing -
 Reading from stdin...
 Cache fill: 0,00% (0 bytes).."

if i specify

"cat /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 | ts2ps 241 242 15 | mplayer -"

it returns:

"Playing -
 Reading from stdin...
Cache fill: 0,00% (0 bytes) ============ Sorry, this file format is not
recognized/supported =============
=== If this file is an AVI, ASF or MPEG stream, please contact the author! ===

 Exiting... (End of file)"

Killing tzap didin't change anything in both cases.

As i do not understand too much of the television stuff it would be great if
somebody could tell me which call is the right one and what the additional "15" means
(as far as i got it now "241/242" should be vpid/apid?

regards

Michael
