I hope I just fixed it in CVS. Please test. IMHO the eeprom client shouldn't probe the DVB I2C bus, but we shouldn't Oops anyway.
Thank you very much for your quick fix. It works out of the box!
BTW: This issue was not a matter of 2.6.7-rc3, because it happend for 2.6.5 and 2.6.4, too.
