AFAIK, unfortunately, there doesnīt exist detailed
information about TinyX. I asked Keith Packard
(who created TinyX) directly and he tolled me to
create a new file "config/cf/host.def"
within the unpacked XFree86-sources
that only contains the line "#define KDriveXServer YES".
Then do a "make World" and "make install" as usual.
Donīt forget to setup the framebuffer device correctly.

What is funny about TinyX: it doesnīt "start up",
itīs "just there", meaning: the startup-time is so
short that you canīt recognice it :-)
(At least with an Athlon 800)

Keith Packard himself talked about 500 KByte, but he
didnīt mentioned the architecture. With x86, i had
a binary with about 800 KByte in size. Iīd like
to know, how small the TinyX would be on a m68knommu
(uClinux/uCsimm) ... i can imagine that it would be
only 400 Kbyte.
