It seems that we lack any documentation on what to do when upgrading between versions...
It shouldn't be to hard to document, though.
- Upgrade your server as usual, i.e., apt-get upgrade.
- Check /usr/share/doc/fai-server/NEWS.Debian.gz for any possible pitfalls.
- Re-run make-fai-nfsroot

Hmm, no, I don't think that this is documented anywhere, but it seems that it
hasn't been that much of an issue before. Does the FAI Guide maybe have some
info? Don't really know...
