Ok; it'll take me a few days to come up with a better solution (I don't think we can yet fully switch to grub-pc). Could you, in the meantime, just put some hack into your scripts to set BOOT_DEVICE to /dev/md0 to see which further errors we need to get fixed? Thanks, Michael
