umount in 2.3.99-pre4-5

When I went from pre4-1 to pre4-5 I noticed that the Mandrake7 and RH6.1
initscripts are usually unable to unmount several ext2 partitions at
shutdown time.

They say "device or resource busy" several times then give up, leaving a
dirty fs.
