NodeA - DC-A
NodeB - DC-B
NodeQuorum - DC-C
?
Doesn't help the STONITH issue at all. Doesn't work in split-site
configurations; the site with N/2+1 nodes will always win, the other one
will always lose - even though it might be the surviving site.
Site failure is really quite different from node failure.
