I have been reviewing the documentation with regards to clones
a big problem.

When migrating my previous test apps to use clones, they seem to
monitor, stop but never startup. I am getting some errors with my
heartbeat script in /etc/ha.d/resource.d. This script worked fine  before
implmenting clones, which raiswes the question, does clones support
primitives with class of heartbeat?

What errors are you getting?

Yes, that should work too, iff the resource supports this.

While there is nothing in the CRM to prevent it, the option passing  required would make it unlikely that the RA would support it -  certainly the ones we ship do not.

Oh... You mean passing the environment options?  I thought maybe you meant passing the command line arguments.

its pretty much the same thing.
i believe the heartbeat RA plugin (in the LRM) looks for numbered parameters but the clone specific parameters are named.

so it may work, but I dont like the chances.
