Problem solved. One of the machines had a /etc/ha.d/OnlyForTesting file
which was dropping all incoming and outgoing packets. I have NO IDEA
where this file came from. Anyways, after deleting it, they both see
each other. Whew! I thought I was losing my mind. Thanks for all help.
