CTS will install this for creating split brain conditions - and if it's
interrupted at just the wrong time, it might leave it around.

Does the acronym "CTS" have any meaning for you?

At least now you know why the file is named OnlyForTesting ;-)

This is a first! The testing feature this file enables has been around
since about 1999, and up until now, you're the first person I've ever
heard of who has actually run afoul of it. Congratulations!! ;-)

However, it does log the following messages, which I suppose someone
should have noticed:

cl_log(LOG_INFO, "WARNING: Enabling Test Code");
cl_log(LOG_INFO, "Receive loss probability = %.3f",  p.rcv_loss_prob);
cl_log(LOG_INFO, "Xmit loss probability = %.3f" ,   send_loss_prob);
cl_log(LOG_INFO, "WARNING: Above Options Now Enabled.");

I confess I've been ignoring the mailing list for a while. I just
stumbled into this thread today.
