The script is working now. So I use that one from now on.

OCF_CHECK_LEVEL is set now in cib.xml. The monitoring messages appear in the logs. I have done a grep in the heartbeat directory of the ocf scripts, but all those scripts don't use it in their monitoring section. At least in the fedora package for 2.0.7 and in the sources of 2.0.7.
