I never disavowed 2.1.0.

I said we would tag it as 2.1.0, and releasing it was optional.

However, I later said that I would release it, but _after_ I got out
2.1.1.  I still plan on doing that.

Given all the complaints about how late 2.1.1 is, I think the wisdom of
waiting is clearer than ever - since it would definitely delay 2.1.1.

I'm still planning on putting out 2.1.0.
